The past days have been alright. Very alright considering the traumatising events I have experienced very recently.
Sunday we finally finished filming- YIPPEE! I will not act for anything for the rest of my entire life. And, yes, alisa, that includes your coming production. Sorry... but no more, man, no more.
Monday was speech for about 5 groups of ppl- Ezaidah & Clarice (Informative on Goth Culture- in which they came dressed goth. Clarice looked totally kickass)
AH Fad & Jeremy (informative on guitar), Charmain & Rachel (on beating stress), Simren & Kate (on King tut), Gent & Renick (YET another informative on Tea) &
nessy's & char's speech on hip hop.
All were very good. Very happy for them, but pretty scared coz the standards have been raised higher than it was already before. *shudder* NEED AN A! NEED AN A!=)
Went to town with jessy today to discuss and practice the speech. Pretty alright, i guess, but we definitely have to practice more. The powerpoint will be done
by tmr, so it'll be cool. Went to coffee bean at borders' then when we wanted to go far east, we bumped into V and her cuzzin Sarah. =)
Ooooo! I bought this GORGEOUS necklace from far east... cost me almost 20 smackeroos but i lurved it too much.
Oh! and i went for a job interview today as well- for credit card roadshow promoters. And the application form was really weird. Other than the basic Name, I/C, etc.
they had columns which had things like- Fave Animal, Fave personality, Ambition, Draw and object tt u think best represents you. And i was like what-the-hell.
Then the interview, the woman asked me why i chose a star to represent me best- i wanted to say that that way the only thing i could draw best at that mp, but i didn't of course, so i bullshitted, as usual- about freedom to make choices, freedom of speech, confidence, charisma, yadda yadda yadda. Makes me realise tt being in mass comm helps me think on the balls of my feet (or however that phrase goes...)
Oh, filzah IM-ed me on sunday and told me that farehan's essay's on berita minggu (malay newspaper). And i just got to read it today. Apparently, it's about repent. Typical guy got-involved-in-drugs-betray-mom's-trust, mom-died-and-all-the-same-ole-shit. I could write better essays... only not in malay. =) oh, well, whattheheck. Screw farehan, screw all males, SCREW THE WORLD!
OMIGAWDOMIGAWDOMIGAWD!!!! Guess what world? PEEL (tt's my bauhaus project grp name) got an A- for our project! Woohoo!!! *Does a lil' shimmy!!!* Big hugs to V & Char for all their hard work, stress and whatever elsethat you guys went thru and got us the grade!!! *GRIN*
We're gg to chom chom (or however you spell it) on thursday to celebrate v's belated birthday. Havent asked my mom yet... but i really hope she says yes. I'll be major fucked up if she doesnt, dammit.
