You know i think im a pretty nice person (insert eye roll) except for the occasional (fine, FREQUENT) sarcastic and irritating demeanor, im pretty much a nice person. i dun go round making ppl's lives miserable, i dun go round and stick my nose into other ppl's business. im complete as a person. ive my flaws and ive my strengths. Like i always say- my imperfections make up the perfect me.
but you know, i dun understand. i dun understand the fact tt if you're of a darker skin colour, you deserve to be ridiculed. you deserve to be made fun of because of something God gave you and you can never change. if you think racism and singapore dun go together, let me pinch you to reality and tell you this: THAT'S FUCKING BULLSHIT. If you're dark, fat and you're not born with flawless features, it makes you a non-person. it means you're nowhere near human, it means you dun deserve to be loved. it means you're supposed to curl up in some corner and not come out until cikgu ahmad becomes bulimic.
in post world war 2 korea, ppl who were regarded as non-persons or as they call it honhyols (however you spell it) are kids who are born out of wedgelock and of mixed parental blood- white + asian. their dads will screw their moms who think life's a fairytale and leave them and have them to take care of the child. Some mothers rather commit suicide before giving birth to a honhyol, while very few others do, but in the end, they would usually become victims to honour killing and the kid becomes a slave.
ive been ridiculed all my life only because i was born this way. i never told God 'Hey you up there, while You're putting myself together, can You make sure i've dark skin?' that's just stupid. racism's been haunting me all my life. it started when in pri 3 & 4 when my form teacher called me names and didnt want to mark my work. then the constant name calling in pri and sec sch. only then i found out that if you're dark, you're not human.

P.S. on a lighter note, my grp 4 the bauhaus project did FUCKING good! Everybody was coming out of the room pissed and crying after the presentation, but we came out all happy! Thanks to V & Char, of course.
P.S.S.: Ooooohhh! A HEEEUUUGEEE shout out to two amazing people in my life who just and are celebrat(ed/ing) their birthdays- Leanna, Happy Birthday Darling! Congrats on passing history and may the next year be more fulfilling then the last! Remember- dun let anyone or anything make you feel any less worth because you're such an amazing person and I'm so proud of you! Love ya!
To Vanessa who's celebrating her 21st birthday today. thank you for making the past months in ngee ann a wonderful experience, and i know it for a fact that w/o you (and the rest of team excellence for tt matter) it'll be a different experince all together, and i wouldn't want to change it for the world! Luuuurrrrve ya!
